We currently ship via UPS ground as our standard method of shipping.  Because of this we can't accept PO Boxes and such, and need a real UPS'able address.  UPS also charges more for residential addresses, and for small town deliveries, which we pass on.  We have no control over this, but they are the most dependable!  Any additional charges for bad addresses and such will be passed on to the ordering party, so double check your shipping address when you order.

Any gifts being sent to the Kansas City Metro area will be sent via local courier, saving you several dollars of standard UPS rates.  The shipping module of this shopping cart does not understand how to do this, but WE will charge you the correct amount and save you as much money as we can.

It is our intention to get your gift orders out as quickly as possible and we usually average one business day or less turnaround.  During Holidays and unforeseen circumstance this may extend a bit, but rest assured, we will not rest until we get your gift out!
