Robert -
Very good information there, including the question about Grant's tomb!!
I will start checking labels when I'm baking.
Thanks.

Chuck,
Wow! How can I not think about it... I tell you what, after the Fall cookie is decided I will set down with Toby and discuss the fate of the Chocolate Avalanche Cookie. I will have two brand new cookies for everyone to taste test and vote for at the Grand Opening of Nuts & Bolts late in August. Listen to Toby's show for details.

I am flattered and humbled. Stay tuned!

Hey Cookie Guy! Robert, you need to twist Toby's head just a little to recognize the potential market for Chocolate Avalanche cookies. Pina Colada was good, peanut butter and Blackberry middle was good, in fact we've never had a bad or even so-so cookie from you, but Chocolate Avalanche is phenomenol and my craving is going unfulfilled. What is the minimum order it would take to get them again?

We're Kansans living in Johnston, IA - 146 miles north of Kramer's store in Kearney to be precise. I actually listened to Toby's dad many years ago, then started catching Toby on monthly trips to Topeka to visit my mother-in-law.

On many of the rare occasions your store has been open on Saturday, we've coordinated so we could stop by.

We've hauled your cookies to Ft. Sill Oklahoma when our youngest returned from Iraq. Most recently we took them to friends in Northern Minnesota. People think we are nuts until they start eating your cookies and of course they sell themselves.

Keep up the good work!

~ I am embarassed to say I have never tried a Boysenberry, but I promise to try one this summer. For those of you that have never heard of them, a Boysenberry is a cross between a blackberry, a raspberry & a loganberry. I wonder if I can get some frozen so I can experiment before the short season. ~Robert

That would be a fun one to work on. We have a Margarita Tea Cookie (quite different from a traditional Key Lime Cookie), but it would be fun to experiment with both a key lime & margarita big soft cookie. I will add it to my to do list.
