Best Regards 1/4 lb Brownies

Toby Tobin finally talked us into creating this, the Signature Fudge Brownie from Best Regards.  This was a challenge to perfect and get just right.  We start off with our exclusive blend of chocolate that captures all the flavor of the best dark chocolates without the bitter aftertaste.  Then we blend it with melted European style butter and layered with the best European Cocoa we can find.  Add just the right technique and you get a rich, flavorful but not overly sweet brownie. 

Our Super Turtles are quickly becoming legendary!  The best chocolate in the world lovingly covering a layer of Peters Caramel and the best pecans we can find.  Truly a delight and an affordable luxury.

Cranberry Orange Craves

This started out as an experiment to see what we could do with our exclusive signature chocolate blend.  WOW!  Were we pleasantly shocked when we tasted this!  Wine & food aficionados will love this because of its perfect balance of flavors that present themselves alternately in layers.  It almost seem like we created our chocolate blend just for this!

Chocolate Covered Caramel Popcorn

This was also created on a whim.  We tried this late one day after many experiments with horrible results (we tried our chocolate on everything we could find).  The contrast between the smooth, rich and dark chocolate with the light and crunchy caramel popcorn has to be tasted to be appreciated.  This is the one product that many of can't stop eating until it is gone!

Our most popular cookie ever, Toby's Chocolate Avalanche Cookie, our limited edition Winter cookie is back.  This wonderfully decadent cookie features European style butter, our own custom blend of premium chocolate, European Cocoa and chocolate chips.  Believe it or not, it is not too rich!  Imagine the best brownie you have ever had but chewy like a Best Regards cookie.

Cranberry Orange Cookie

This is our most difficult cookie to describe and do justice!  Imagine the best scone that you have ever had, but tender and a little moist.  Now, add plump cranberries and just a hint of orange and plenty of European Butter.  A light crystalline sugar coating finishes this off with the perfect texture.  Many of us consider this our favorite special occasion cookie.  Try one and you will see why!
