The ultimate chocolate brownie was a challenge to perfect as brownies used to be my #1 favorite sweet treat (especially the chewy corner piece).  We started off with melted European butter and our exclusive blend of chocolate.  We then married it with the best European Cocoa we can find and with just the right technique you get a rich, flavorful, but not overly sweet brownie.
